IS REFORMER PILATES SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?
Yes! Reformer Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners. Each session is tailored to your ability, and modifications are provided to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in every session.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY SESSION?
Wear comfortable activewear that allows for movement. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene – these are available for purchase if you don’t have a pair.
CAN I DO REFORMER PILATES IF I HAVE AN INJURY?
Reformer Pilates is often recommended for rehabilitation, but it’s important to check with your doctor first. Please inform us of any injuries or medical conditions before your session so we can adapt exercises safely.
CAN I DO REFORMER PILATES IF I'M PREGNANT?
Yes, but only with approval from your doctor. I'm fully qualified in pre and post natal and able to confidently modify exercises to accommodate pregnancy, but please inform us in advance so this can be factored into your session plan.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE?
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s booking. Please arrive on time to make the most of your session.
CAN I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY SESSION?
Yes, you can reschedule free of charge if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we cannot offer a refund or credit transfer.
CAN I BRING MY BABY OR DOG TO MY SESSION?
Yes! If you have no home care, you’re welcome to bring your baby or dog as long as they do not disrupt the session.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO REFORMER PILATES?
For best results, 2-3 sessions per week are recommended. However, even one session a week can be beneficial for improving strength and flexibility.
HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?
All bookings are made online via our booking page. Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
DO YOU OFFER MEMBERSHIPS OR CLASS PACKAGES?
Yes - we offer Class Packs for those looking to attend regularly. Packages are valid for 1 month from purchase.
I'M GOING TO BE AWAY AND WON'T BE ABLE TO USE ALL OF MY SESSIONS. WHAT DO I DO?
That's no problem - you can let us know as soon as possible so we can roll them over to the next month. We're unable to roll over classes any further than 1 month later however.
