TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Flecks Floh Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered address at 63 Garrett Hall Road, Manchester, M28 1AQ. By booking and participating in any Pilates sessions, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
 

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are securely processed via Stripe, and we do not store any payment details.
 

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may reschedule a session free of charge, provided that a cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, and the session credit cannot be transferred. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for no-shows or late cancellations.

4. Health and Liability

Prior to their first session, all clients are required to complete a PAR-Q health form, disclosing any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations that may affect their ability to participate. Clients must update us regarding any new health concerns or injuries before attending a session.

By participating in any session, clients acknowledge that Flecks Floh Ltd accepts no liability for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise. All sessions are undertaken at the client’s own risk. Flecks Floh Ltd is not responsible for any aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions. Clients are strongly advised to seek medical advice before participating in physical activity.

5. Class Conduct and Studio Policies

Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled session. New clients are required to arrive 5-10 minutes early for an introduction. For hygiene and safety reasons, grip socks must be worn during all sessions. If a client does not have grip socks, they are available for purchase at the studio.

Sessions are private one-to-one sessions. Clients may bring babies or dogs to the session if they have no alternative home care, provided they do not disrupt the class. Clients are permitted to take photos of the studio for personal use only.

6. Age Restrictions

Clients must be at least 16 years old to participate in a session. Anyone under 18 must have parental consent before booking a class.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Flecks Floh Ltd website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and class materials, is the exclusive property of Flecks Floh Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of this content is strictly prohibited.
 

8. Privacy and Data Protection

By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy (available [insert link]). Flecks Floh Ltd processes and stores personal data securely in accordance with UK GDPR and relevant data protection laws.
 

9. Amendments to These Terms

Flecks Floh Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and clients will be notified via email in the event of significant changes.
